Outback Spirit Tours is seeking passionate and professional dynamic duos to join our team for the 2027 touring season. As leaders in luxury small-group adventure travel, we deliver unforgettable journeys through some of Australia's most breathtaking and remote regions. We are looking for Tour Guides and Driver Guides who bring energy, exceptional storytelling ability, and a genuine love for the outback. With the majority of the touring season running from March to October 2027, this is an opportunity to live and work on the road for extended periods, with accommodation and meals provided for the full touring season.

Requirements

Medium Rigid Licence or higher (essential for drivers, desirable for guides); Commercial Passenger Endorsement (essential for drivers, desirable for guides); Current First Aid and CPR certification (valid for 12 months); Food Handling Certificate; Required guiding accreditations for specific locations (e.g. Uluru-Kata Tjuta, Kakadu etc.); Heavy vehicle and off-road driving experience (highly regarded); Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standards; Problem-solving abilities that ensure an exceptional guest experience; Previous on-road tour experience highly regarded but not essential for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the Australian outback; Comfortable working in remote environments, adapting to seasonal conditions, and delivering premium small-group experiences; Drug and alcohol testing is conducted as part of employment conditions; A National Criminal History Check is required during the recruitment process
