US Math Teacher (Malaysia) *Referrals Only*

Think Academy U.S. is looking for Full Time Math Teacher to work with our students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. This role is designed for recent graduates / early-career professionals / experienced teachers who are passionate about online math education and aspire to become future leaders in the education industry.

Responsibilities

Deliver online math classes weekly; Actively engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students; Develop and reiterate classes that reflect teaching methods to maximize students' learning outcomes; Teach during required peak hours, including Saturday mornings and Sundays; Work with teaching management team to advance teaching-related services; Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized weekly feedback; Commit to 40 hours per week (teaching part is primarily on weekends and weekday mornings); Support and mentor fellow educators, and lead initiatives to improve teaching quality and learning experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Fast learner, eager to learn, and open to continuous professional growth; A genuine passion for education, especially for math learning; Available to teach during weekday evenings and weekends; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

STEM or Education majors preferred; Candidate SPM Maths results B or above preferred; Prior math teaching experience is a plus
