Venue Director

A prestigious hospitality company specialising in providing top quality F&B services within landmark London cultural venues and visitor attractions. With a significant portfolio of contracts, they deliver fabulous, innovative hospitality services across major events, restaurants, bars and cafes. The business is preparing to reactivate services in the majority of their locations in-line with the Government's roadmap and they require a dynamic, highly experienced Operations Director to lead the successful reopening of the business on every level. The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational success of the entire portfolio, leading with clarity and supporting location Venue Directors and their teams across the business.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the commercial and operational success of the entire portfolio; Leading with clarity and supporting location Venue Directors and their teams; Re-building high-functioning, happy teams; Innovating in food and beverage; Cultivating and furthering client relationships; Identifying growth opportunities; Ensuring compliance across HR, payroll, safety and legislative requirements; Developing and delivering short, medium and long term strategies to mitigate challenges and ensure full commercial potential; Leading the successful reopening of the business on every level

Requirements

Significant depth and breadth of multi-site managerial experience to Director-level; Well-honed commercial instincts and financial management skills; Genuine, well-developed people skills; Engaging, confident and proactive natural leadership style; Significant experience in driving quality, service and commerciality in large-scale, complex multi-site F&B operations; Flexibility to work around all associated business pressures; Ability to manage own time and ensure you are in the business when required; Working proactively, collaboratively and with integrity at all times; Professional ethos and approach that reflect the client's unique culture, values and brand
