VP, Marketing

We're looking for a VP Marketing to lead our 17-person marketing team. You'll report directly to the CEO and own the full marketing function: demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand design. You'll inherit a strong team and help build Tremendous into a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities

Help us become the default way companies pay people; Lead the full marketing function, overseeing demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand design; Join the leadership team; Own pipeline generation across sales-led and self-serve motions; Build and develop the team; Bring analytical rigor; Champion a test-driven approach; Integrate AI into how we work

Requirements

10+ years in marketing with deep experience in demand generation or growth marketing, including running a fast-paced, high-performing Growth or Demand Gen team; Experience at a growth-stage startup (50M+ revenue, 150-500 employees); Rigorous analytical thinking; A founder mentality; Broad business acumen; Excellent written communication
