Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service:; Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service in line with Constance Sakoa Boutik standards.; Greet guests courteously, present menus with confidence, and ensure orders are accurately taken and served.; Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.; Ensure Service Excellence:; Maintain professional table settings and ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.; Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.; Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.; Team Collaboration and Communication:; Work harmoniously with colleagues in the restaurant, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service flow.; Communicate effectively with the team to anticipate service needs and deliver seamless guest experiences.; Product Knowledge and Sales:; Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.; Promote daily specials and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience and optimize revenue.; Operational and Hygiene Standards:; Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per resort policies.; Participate in daily briefings and ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service

Requirements

Form 4 or equivalent certification.; National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
