This is a permanent full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay!

Regular hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for 1st shift and Sunday thru Thursday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am for 3rd shift. Overtime including working on weekends may be required during peak season.

SCOPE OF ROLE

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations of a company.

Responsibilities

Receiving and Processing Stock: Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriately; Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently; Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks; Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped; Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations; Documentation: Creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods

Requirements

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks; Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed correctly; Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspace; Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations; Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills; Education: High school diploma or equivalent.; Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred; Lifting Capacity – ability to lift up to 30 lbs; Mobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc.; Exposure – Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment
