Arvato is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality products to our customers by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

Shifts are Monday - Friday

1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm

2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm

3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am

Responsibilities

Receive inbound freight by unloading trailers, counting individual items in boxes, restacking pallets and using WMS to place into bays.; Stage outbound freight by picking items from WMS, transferring items into totes and pallets, and organizing into outbound lanes.; Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers; Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose; Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines; Follow Return’s disposition playbook; Maintain neat and orderly workspace; Use of computer and SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs; Any other task as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment.; Willing to certify for and use an electric pallet jack.; High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.; Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for 8+ hours a day.; Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.; Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift less than 10 lbs.; Ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator.; Ability to communicate verbally.
