Warehouse Associate - Springwell

Receiving and processing of inventory: Unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities and condition. Order picking and packing: Accurately selecting items from stock based on customer orders, properly packing items and labeling for shipment. Warehouse organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, properly storing products and following established procedures. Safety compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations, wearing required safety gear and reporting any safety hazards. Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Physical stamina: Ability to lift boxes/bags between 50-60lbs, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
