Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations with supervisors to ensure smooth material flow; Lead trailer loading/unloading, raw material movement, and product staging; Support production lines by delivering and scanning materials accurately; Maintain forklift inspection logs and ensure safe equipment operation; Organize production schedules and verify transfer paperwork; Act as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed; Assist with inventory, product rework, and warehouse cleanliness; Promote a team-first culture by supporting coworkers during downtime

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Forklift and pallet jack certification; 1+ year of experience in warehousing or logistics; Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed; Lifting/stacking up to 50 lbs; Sitting for long periods of time
