Warehouse Storeperson & Front Counter Sales (Aluminium)

Looking for a steady, hands-on role with a good team?

We're looking for a Warehouse Storeperson & Front Counter Salesperson to join our Hamilton Aluminium team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations with customer service at our trade counter.

Responsibilities

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders; Loading and unloading trucks; Operating forklifts and lifting equipment; Handling aluminium products and stock movements; Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation; Serving customers at the trade counter; Providing helpful, efficient customer service

Requirements

Warehouse or storeperson experience; Forklift operation experience (current forklift licence/F endorsement preferred); Experience handling long lengths or heavy materials; Stock control and dispatch experience; Front counter, trade sales or customer service experience; Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling; A valid work visa or the right to work in New Zealand; Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test

Current forklift licence/F endorsement
