Warehouse Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities; Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency; Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations; Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules and timesheets, and support recruitment, investigations, and employee engagement activities

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of supervisory experience; Completion of Grade 12, with the willingness and ability to pursue additional relevant training; Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and graphs; Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes; Forklift and powered equipment experience (or the ability and willingness to obtain certification through company-provided training)
