Warehouse Team Leader

Step into a leadership position where you will build and manage your own team in a dynamic, hands-on supervisory capacity. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example while developing your leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met; Coordinating receiving, shipping, handling and storage activities; Supporting and guiding warehouse team members on day-to-day operations; Maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes; Promoting and maintaining safe work practices at all times; Operating forklifts and working safely around mobile plant and equipment; Ensuring warehouse processes align with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential); Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations; A safety-first mindset; Natural leadership ability and confidence guiding a small team; Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude; Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ready to step up; Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
