Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends; Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy; Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams; Support infection control and regulatory compliance; Lead clinical training and support staff development; Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements

Requirements

Active RN license; Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care; Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge; Strong communication and leadership skills
