Responsibilities

Preparing, printing, and providing production documents and labels; Handling order completion and order settlement; Processing and clarifying deviations in close coordination with Production Planning and Manufacturing; Creating, maintaining, and optimizing routings and bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP

Requirements

Completed technical or commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship, commercial college, technical college), ideally with a focus on production, logistics, or work preparation; Previous experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage; Good SAP skills, particularly in PP and MM, or experience with other ERP systems is desirable; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Structured, accurate, and independent way of working; Strong sense of quality and responsibility; Good organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple orders simultaneously; Strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments
