Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning; evaluate images for technical quality; apply ALARA radiation safety principles; maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation; manage own workflow and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision; ensure patient comfort, safety, and infection control; mentor students and model best practices

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography (R); valid state licensure current (where required); BLS certification current or in progress; Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program; proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems; working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles; strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates; ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision; willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Nice to have

1–2 years of X-ray experience; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus
