Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum; Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment; Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress; Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs; Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff; Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues; Contributing to the wider life of the school community; Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development

Requirements

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Has experience teaching within primary education; Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills; Has high expectations for all learners; Is passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive lessons; Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff; Is flexible, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
