Youth Support Worker

APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we’re now seeking passionate individuals to join our Burwood, NSW team. As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment; Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders; Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities; Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded; Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance

Requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential; Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check; Ability to pass a Working with Children Check; Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm); A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service; Proven experience working to KPIs in a results-driven environment; Confidence in engaging with employers and promoting candidate strengths; A proactive mindset and willingness to step up and take responsibility; Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to make a difference
