YouTube Video Editor – Confidential Enterprise Tech Client

Snowball is hiring a YouTube Video Editor for a confidential, global technology company shaping how the world works, builds, and connects. This is an opportunity to help evolve and scale established YouTube channels for one of the most influential technology brands in the world. You’ll be editing content for high-visibility channels with built-in audiences, helping raise creative quality, improve retention, and bring powerful technology stories to life in a way that feels human, inspiring, and culturally relevant. This role reports directly into the client’s internal marketing and content organization, with Snowball serving as the creative YouTube partner supporting the channel’s strategic and creative development. You’ll collaborate closely with Snowball’s YouTube growth experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to elevate storytelling, refine creative execution, experiment with new formats, and help scale one of the most influential technology channels on the platform.

Responsibilities

Edit high-performing longform, YouTube-first content across established channels; Shape stories with strong pacing, hooks, and creative polish optimized for retention and watch time; Collaborate with internal marketing teams, producers, strategists, and creatives on various types of longform formats; Maintain organized, scalable workflows to ensure fast, reliable delivery at volume; Continuously refine creative based on performance data and audience insights

Requirements

3–5 years of professional editing experience; Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io; Deep understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategy, and storytelling conventions; Experience editing across multiple content types (educational, brand, campaign, product); Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-moving production cycles; A collaborative mindset and passion for making complex topics accessible and engaging
