Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers; Maintain ice surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance; If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs; Ability to make decisions quickly with confidence; Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules; Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior; Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

No experience necessary - we will train; Excellent customer service skills; Effective problem solving and communication with customers and team members; Ability to problem solve, take responsibility, and take pride in what we are doing; Ability to work in a cold environment; Ability to lift 30lbs; Basic computer skills; Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs; Occasionally required to sit; Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear; Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed
