Client Manager, Commercial Lines

The Client Manager independently manages day-to-day service delivery for an assigned book of commercial Property & Casualty clients, coordinating service activity, renewals, and client communications. This role ensures accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability across all servicing needs.

Responsibilities

Owns day-to-day servicing for assigned commercial P&C accounts, responding to client inquiries and coordinating internal partners; develops client relationships and participates in meetings; supports Client Executive with renewal planning and execution, including strategy meetings, exposure and loss data, submissions, proposals, and renewal materials; manages mid-term policy transactions such as applications, endorsements, binders, audits, certificates, and evidence of insurance; prepares invoices and allocation schedules, monitors AR/AP, and investigates billing discrepancies; maintains documentation in Agency Management Systems and tracks open items across clients, carriers, and vendors

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required; 3–5 years commercial P&C experience; active P&C license; strong communication and organization; ability to explain technical concepts clearly; disciplined prioritization; strong accountability; proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency systems

Nice to have

bachelor's degree; professional designations (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU)
