How does your working day look like... Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment; Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities; Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns and activities; Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales calls and events; Continuous market observation and analysis; Conducting hotel tours; Developing strategies and measures to increase the company's success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments; CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities and follow-ups; Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms

Requirements

You have already worked in a hotel of a comparable size and not only managed the events department there, but have already taken on responsibility as a member of the squad; You are fluent in German and English; You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson; You know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably; You are a doer and openly admit when you have done something wrong; You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character

Nice to have

Familiarity with Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera; Other languages are an advantage
