Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a crew that loves coming to work; Maintain the high standards customers expect — fast, friendly, accurate, every time; Manage daily operations with confidence: scheduling, training, inventory, food costs, and more; Keep the store running at top speed, even during peak rushes; Create a positive, growth-minded culture where everyone feels supported and seen; Deliver solutions, not excuses — you’re the one the team looks to; Drive results through smart decision-making and exceptional leadership

Clean MVR; Open availability; Leadership; Desire to reach goals; People management; A leader who brings passion, positivity, and accountability to every shift; Ability to thrive under pressure and keep team focused; A coach who can build people up and push performance; Customer-first mindset; Experience in restaurant management; Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards; Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area; Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
