Lead: Tolerance Analysis Engineer eAxle

Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o. bangalore, Indien
Vollzeit Arbeit vor Ort

Veröffentlichungsdatum: 31.08.2026

Own and define the overall tolerance concept for complete eAxle systems (geartrain, differential, bearings, shafts, housings, e-motor interfaces). Lead 3D tolerance stack-up analyses (nominal, worst-case, statistical/Monte-Carlo). Act as tolerance decision authority for functional gaps, bearing preload, gear meshing, alignment, and NVH-critical characteristics. Define GD&T strategies aligned to functional intent, manufacturing capability, and cost targets. Review, approve, and govern 2D drawings and 3D PMI as per ISO GPS / ASME Y14.5. Drive standardization of datums, tolerance schemas, and best practices across projects. Partner with Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Development, and Purchasing. Contribute to DRBFM, Design Reviews, DfR, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and CCB discussions. Represent tolerance engineering in technical deep dives with OEMs and global stakeholders (India, Germany, China). Enable localization, second-source, and cost-reduction initiatives through tolerance optimization. Lead supplier tolerance concept reviews, feasibility analysis, and capability alignment (Cp/Cpk driven). Support deviation management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to dimensional issues. Ensure correlation between virtual tolerance simulations and physical builds. Support SOP, ramp-up, and field issues related to assembly variation, noise, vibration, and durability. Mentor teams in problem-solving using dimensional engineering principles.
