New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Transplant/Urology Unit

7 Tower is a 36-bed medical/surgical – transplant/urology unit with a focus on surgery. Specialties include urology and kidney/liver/pancreas transplant and gender affirming surgery. 7T nurses are specially trained in providing peritoneal dialysis to all ESRD patients within the hospital and is a part of CMC Main, the Charlotte region's only level 1 trauma center. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
