Stocking / Fulfillment / Merchandiser - Full Time

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations; Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services; Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge; Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs; Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store; Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment; Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned; Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws - if delivery is added as an essential job function

Requirements

1-3 years of experience; Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software; Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends; Must be 21 years of age or older; Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day; Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly; May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
