The Premium Operations Associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the Premium Operations team.

Responsibilities

Review submissions and record premium details accurately; Perform validations and review to confirm accuracy of data recorded; Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications; Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables; Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution; Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed; Perform special project as assigned

Requirements

Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in the English language; Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; Detail- and quality-minded with a keen eye for identifying process opportunities and driving continuous operational improvements; Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team; Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word with a willingness to learn new technical tools; Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
