21GRAMS- Associate Creative Director, Copy

Real Chemistry is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy join our growing team! 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, is a full-service healthcare advertising agency built on the belief that healthcare should feel more human. Responsibilities

Can structure a complete narrative and be able to write in different voices to suit client and audience; Work with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences; Identify and interview prospective creative candidates; Manage teams, creative output and client relationships; Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy; Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market; Mentor teams both internally and externally; Manage awards submissions and case studies for brand; Participate in high level projects and new business pitches

Requirements
