This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Requirements

Prior leadership experience preferred; Hunger to learn and follow proven systems; Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols; Excellent customer service skills; Must be 18 years or older
