What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

- Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
- Promotes professional development , enabling deep exposure to Bosch products , processes, and technologies
- 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
- You are hired as a full-time employee from day one , with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
- Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
- Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
- Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

You are passionate about corporate finance and eager to master industrial profitability. This role offers a 360° business perspective through 3 strategic pillars:

- Department Controlling: You will directly support the financial management and reporting processes of the department, performing key activities of a Junior Controller.
- Central Controlling: You will collaborate on standardizing reporting processes and provide support to various business areas, gaining a corporate-level perspective.
- Logistics: You will gain a practical view of operations, understanding the impact of the supply chain on business costs and profitability.

Requirements

Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Administration. Engineering degrees will be considered if you demonstrate a solid foundation or genuine interest in costs and finance.

Language: Advanced English (professional speaking and writing proficiency).

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).; Theoretical or practical knowledge of SAP.; Basic financial knowledge (understanding of financial statements).; Experience with Power BI or creating dashboards is a highly valued plus.
