The Account Director provides strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans to clients. This is not a traditional account management role - it is a client excellence role that owns the quality, consistency, and impact of every client interaction and deliverable. You will serve as the primary client relationship owner for day-to-day engagement, ensuring exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and seamless delivery of platform value.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required; Approx. 8+ years of related experience: client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience required; Expertise in digital, media and technology marketing and advertising; Proven results with managing creative concept to delivery; Proven leadership and mentoring skills (guiding a large team and multiple clients), Responsible for account staff team development; Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations; Proven ability to manage teams of people in cross functional roles across the organization; Strategic skill and strong business acumen; Proven negotiation skills; Creative thinker with analytical skills; Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions internally with EVERSANA INTOUCH and externally with clients and agency partners; Strong and applied understanding of digital development and processes; Demonstrated problem solving skills; Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Some travel may be required
