Account Executive

At Pebl, we help companies hire, grow, and thrive across 185+ countries without borders holding them back. We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to help companies of all sizes expand their global footprint and you’ll be the one making it happen. This role is remote-based in France (ideally, Paris) and reports to the Vice President of Regional EMEA Sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term growth; Leverage outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to uncover and close new opportunities within your accounts; Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive forecasts; Develop deep expertise in our services, industry landscape, and competitive positioning to confidently advise clients; Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize account impact; Share client insights and market feedback to shape strategy and keep us ahead of the curve

Requirements

3+ years of SaaS sales experience or EOR, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment; Proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up; Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Consultative, strategic selling approach; Strong curiosity and business acumen; Resilience and ownership; Global mindset comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones; Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen client relationships, both within France and internationally
