Account Manager - Catering & Hospitality

Location: 4 locations across Slough, Staines, Bracknell, Reading

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial workplace dining and hospitality locations across the Thames Valley region. Managing 4 distinct contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £3 million, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement across the portfolio

Drive financial performance and achieve agreed budget targets.; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.; Ensure consistently high standards of food, hospitality and customer service.; Develop and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.; Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.; Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational standards

Requirements

Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, catering or facilities management role.; Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.; Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.; Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.; Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.; Full UK driving licence is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
