Account Manager - Metalworking/Die Casting

Responsibilities

Metalworking position with emphasis on diecasting; Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.; Manage and expand existing customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Promote new products, solutions, and cost optimization initiatives to enhance customer value and overall contribution.; Lead sales and pricing discussions to ensure profitability and alignment with business strategy.; Collaborate with internal teams across Commercial, Technical, and Supply Chain functions to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution.; Maintain accurate CRM data to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.; Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify emerging opportunities and innovation needs.; Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes and deliver on assigned business targets.; Adhere to company policies, including compliance, code of conduct, and professional development expectations.; Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current die cast processes to identify areas for improvement.; Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support to production teams.; Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Die Cast.

Requirements

1 - 5 years of experience (Metalworking Fluids, Die Casting preferred); Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a business-related area or a combination of 1-5 relevant industry work experience and certifications.
