Account Manager

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow our customer base across Mackay and surrounding areas.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with customers, identify growth opportunities, and work alongside our branch teams to deliver real results.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers; Act as the main point of contact for account support and enquiries; Identify new business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities; Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets; Partner with branch teams to deliver great customer outcomes; Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews; Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience in account management or B2B sales; Strong relationship-building and communication skills; Results-driven with a commercial mindset; Well organised and able to manage your time effectively; Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools; Automotive, truck or parts industry experience is highly regarded
