Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management reports.; Ensure accuracy and timely submission to management.; Generate tax forecast for scheduler tax payments & mid-year revision.; Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit, taxation & internal controls.; Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies / authorities.; Implement & monitor internal controls.; Manage of daily financial operations & involvement in any ad-hoc assignment.; Provide regular reports, recommendation, and interpretation to Senior Management on financial & operating data & variances versus Budget & Forecast.; Providing analysis & commentary regarding accounts and financial reports.; Ensure all overdue accounts are reviewed.; Monitoring & initiating actions on all accounts in arrears.; Recovering arrears and debts.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (MICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent); At least 5 years of working experience in the related field; Strong computer literacy with high proficiency in Excel; Able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and manage a diverse range of assigned work.; Meticulous, good analytical and problem solving skill; Excellent communication and negotiation skills
