As Accounting Operations Intern you will be supporting the accounting team in the management of accounting and financing activities.

You will have the opportunity to learn how startups work in terms of invoicing, cash flow, funding and general processes.

Responsibilities

Supporting Accounting team with passive invoicing cycle : facilitating the creation of Purchase Orders, administering payments and monthly reconciliation; Understand how we are performing on the G&A budget doing variance analysis; Manage the records received from suppliers; Ad hoc projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); Attention to detail; Analytical skills; Team player with a strong willingness to collaborate and bring value to the project; Ability to prioritize and juggle many activities while maintaining strong attention to detail; Strong verbal and written communication
