Responsibilities

Support the digitalization journey of treasury and accounting processes through software-based improvement projects; Contribute to automation-focused projects by utilizing digital tools such as Excel macros, VBA, and RPA solutions; Assist in identifying and improving manual and repetitive financial processes; Support process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities; Actively participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects within the department; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency; Gain hands-on experience in accounting principles, treasury operations, and Bosch internal processes; Support reporting and analysis activities related to financial process improvement projects

Requirements

2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Interest in process digitalization, automation, and software-driven improvement projects; Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; Interest in Excel macros, VBA, or RPA tools (prior knowledge is preferred); Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Willingness to learn financial processes, accounting workflows, and corporate systems; Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
