Accounting Success Manager - UK

We're looking for an accountant who wants to be a builder, whether you've already moved into a client-facing/solutions role or you're a current accountant ready to apply your craft with modern tools. You'll own the long-term relationship with our customers after sales and implementation, partnering with CFOs, Controllers, and Accounting Managers to deliver scalable, automated solutions on Rillet's AI platform.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (public audit/assurance or industry GL/Close, Revenue, AP, or Consolidations); Understanding of UK GAAP and the end-to-end close process; Proven ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows; Experience with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct) and comfort picking up new finance tools; Bias to action, ownership mindset, and high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment; CPA (active or inactive)

Nice to have

Exposure to IFRS and technical accounting concepts such as IFRS 15 / revenue recognition; Prior client-facing/consulting or implementation experience (not required); Previous professional accounting or audit experience
