We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team in Kfar Saba, Israel. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensure accurate processing of invoices,

and assist in maintaining compliance with relevant tax requirements.

Responsibilities

Process, review, and verify vendor invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.; Support the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.; Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment, and account-related issues.; Record and monitor financial transactions using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).; Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.; Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable; Basic understanding of accounts payable processes; Experience with ERP systems – preferred but not required; Basic to intermediate Excel skills; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Good organizational and time management skills; Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Strong English skills

Nice to have

Experience with invoice processing systems; Familiarity with multi-currency transactions (advantage); Basic experience supporting audits or reporting
