Accounts Payable Manager

Quadient is seeking a skilled US Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and oversee all disbursement activity. This role manages high-volume payments, complex AP processes, and ensures accurate, timely transaction processing in accordance with company policies and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the AP team, providing coaching, goal-setting, and performance management; Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and established procedures; Manage high-volume vendor invoice processing, payment execution, coding accuracy, and 1099 reporting; Drive efficient month-end close activities and support internal/external audits; Resolve escalations and process issues with a solution-oriented approach; Partner with cross-functional teams to support business needs and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including hands-on work with high-volume invoices/payments and complex AP workflows; 3+ years of supervisory experience leading AP teams; Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and proficiency in Excel and Word; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
