Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO; Technical and disciplinary management of the team; Responsibility for invoicing and accounts receivable in the areas of International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges and Hotel; Collaboration in the ongoing invoicing and accounts receivable accounting process; Preparation of outgoing invoices to national and international customers; Posting of bank and cash vouchers and outgoing invoices; Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; Ongoing process improvements in the area of automation and digitalisation

Requirements

WHAT SETS YOU APART; Successfully completed higher commercial education (HAK, FH, Uni); Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position would be an advantage; Strong sense of responsibility and assertive, charismatic personality; Professional communication skills in German and English; Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working; Enjoy team and project work; High hands-on mentality and strong numerical skills; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience in working with Business Central 365
