Activities Assistant

Assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities to enrich the lives of patients. Make one-on-one visits with patients, encourage participation in activities, interact with volunteers, and possibly transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility. Full-time position (8:30am-5pm).

Responsibilities

Assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities to enrich the lives of patients within the facility; Make one-on-one visits with patients and encourage participation in various activities; Interact with volunteers; Transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility when required

Requirements

Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening; Able to pass physical examination for gainful employment within the facility; Satisfactorily pass required orientation and training; Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions; Possess a current driver's license and good driving record; Have good communication skills; Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service; Are professional in appearance and behavior
