Afterschool Wraparound - Childcare Activity Leader at Blackthorns Primary School, Lindfield, Haywards Heath. Hours: Monday - Thursday from 2.45pm - 6.30pm. Pay: National Minimum Wage up to £12.71 per hour. Contract: Term Time, 39 weeks per year with the option to work overtime in holiday camps. Responsibilities

Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play; Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome; Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included; Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail; Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed

Requirements

Loves working with children; Positive, can-do attitude; Creative thinker; Team player; Confident running activities and managing a group; Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education policy; Provide two references, one from most recent employer and one from a childcare setting (if applicable); Prepare correct documentation for DBS check
