Responsibilities

Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing; Performing a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments; Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers

Requirements

Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW; Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work; Clinical reasoning; Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal; Passion to help people rehabilitate; Occupational Rehabilitation experience with a minimum of 12 months working in your registered health profession
