Responsibilities

Maintain reliability test equipment and chambers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.; Perform basic troubleshooting and 1st-level recovery for equipment and tester issues.; Support equipment setup, buyoff, and verification for new tools and reliability testers.; Able to operate (e.g., HAST, TC, Vibration Tester, Bend Tester ); Maintain accurate log sheets, calibration records, and preventive maintenance schedules.; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to support testing needs and resolve equipment-related issues.; Ensure adherence to 6S standards, lab housekeeping, and safety protocols.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.; At least 2 years of working experience in the same related filed or in manufacturing field; Full time positions.; Must be able to work independently.; Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.; Strong hands-on experience with reliability test chambers and equipment.; Knowledge of acceleration test methodology and semiconductor assembly processes.; Basic programming knowledge (preferred).; Fast learning ability with good problem-solving and communication skills.; Experience in drive-level reliability testing (an added advantage).
