Aesthetics Maintenance Tech

The main function for the Aesthetics Maintenance Tech will be to perform preventive maintenance on guestrooms and public spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, painting walls and ceilings, furniture touch up and repairs, changing light bulbs, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing issues as well as diagnosing and repairing minor electrical issues. The Tech will also be responsible for tasks such as building rounds, light checks, meter readings and other entry level maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on guestrooms and public spaces; Paint walls and ceilings; Touch up and repair furniture; Change light bulbs; Diagnose and repair plumbing issues; Diagnose and repair minor electrical issues; Perform building rounds, light checks, meter readings; Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace; Maintain inventory of tools; Work in a safe manner using proper PPE; Use maintenance request system; Assist with maintenance requests for other trades

Requirements

Experience using hand, power, and diagnostic tools; Must have a desire to learn new building maintenance skills.

Nice to have

Basic maintenance experience such as minor repairs and painting; Texas Driver's License with good driving record
