After-School Nanny

A warm, open and welcoming family in Richmond, VIC is seeking a kind, fun and responsible nanny to support their 11-year-old daughter with after-school care and help around the home. This is an after-school position focused on supporting one school-aged child while assisting with the smooth running of the household.

Responsibilities

Collect the child from school or after-school activities where required; Transport the child to after-school activities when required; Assist with homework; Prepare healthy dinners and snacks; Engage in conversation, games and age-appropriate activities; Support evening routines; Assist with light household duties, general tidying and maintaining an organised home environment; Occasional overnight stays required; Occasional morning help and household chores if suitable; Flexibility required due to the Mum's work roster

Requirements

3+ years previous nanny or childcare experience; Current Working With Children Check; First Aid & CPR Certificate; Excellent references; Kind, warm and engaging; Fun and energetic; Responsible and reliable; Honest and trustworthy; Organised and proactive; Confident supporting homework and after-school routines; Able to build a positive relationship with a pre-teen child
