Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through various outreach methods; Assess each client’s needs and recommend appropriate insurance products; Sell and present Farmers Insurance offerings, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service; Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets; Stay up to date with insurance product knowledge, regulations, and industry trends; Accurately manage sales activities and follow-ups using agency systems

Requirements

Results-driven with a passion for sales and client relationships; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn; Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain); Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
