Responsibilities

To handle the documentation for individual consignees according to consolidation procedures including preparation and distribution of the documents to consignees and brokers.; To contact and follow up shipment data with vendors.; To prepare vendor invoices.; To prepare Forwarder’s Cargo Receipt and Bill of Lading for collection by vendors.; To prepare and submit proforma original bill of lading to ocean carriers.; To keep proper filing for each shipment.; To prepare billing invoice & do bill placement to customer.; To update information to system timely.; To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

Requirements

University graduate, preferably with minimum 1 year's in freight forwarding business.; Good communication in English.; Typing skills and computer literacy.
