Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling general shipping enquiries and providing timely support.; Review customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with documentation and operational requirements.; Prepare and submit shipping instructions to carriers, and coordinate payment requests for local charges when required.; Generate and process shipping documentation, including invoices, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Forwarder's Cargo Receipts (FCR).; Verify commercial documents and accurately prepare container manifests in accordance with customer requirements and service timelines.; Maintain electronic records by scanning and uploading documents into the document management system with accuracy and efficiency.; Monitor and follow up on outstanding Cash-on-Delivery (COD) invoices to ensure timely payment collection.; Identify and escalate operational discrepancies, exceptions, or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.; Support the team with additional assignments and cross-functional responsibilities to meet business and departmental objectives.

Requirements

Tertiary education graduate(Asso/ HD/ Bachelor's Degree) with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.; Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered; Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry; Proficient PC knowledge; Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
